Jefferies Email Subscriber Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to Melbourne residents aged 18+.

2. Entry Period: The giveaway runs quarterly, with each entry period opening on the first day of the quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) and closing on the last day of the quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). Entries received outside of these dates will be included in the next available draw unless otherwise specified.

3. Entry Requirements: Participants must join the Jefferies email list via the official signup page, QR code, website popup, or through a paid advertising entry link promoted on social media and other digital platforms. Each participant is limited to one entry per giveaway period. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection: A winner will be drawn randomly within 5 days after the entry period closes.

5. Prize: One $100 Jefferies Gift Voucher, redeemable in-store (Blackburn and Croydon Hills stores) only.

6. Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email provided and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

7. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Jefferies' privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.

8. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
